{05} — FAQ

Got Questions?

How I actually run a project, start to finish.

01/How do you run a project?

Four stages — Discovery, Design, Build, Launch — delivered in milestones, with a dedicated corrections stage at the end. You get a fixed scope and a fixed price agreed before any work starts, so there are no surprises halfway through.

02/How long does a project take?

A landing page is usually 1–2 weeks. A full product UI or design system runs 4–8 weeks depending on how many surfaces there are. After our first call you get a timeline with milestone dates, so you always know what is happening and when.

03/What do I actually receive at the end?

Organised Figma files, a documented design system with real components and states, clickable prototypes, and a developer handoff your engineers can build from without guessing. I’m an engineering student — handoff isn’t an afterthought for me, it’s half the job.

04/How do you handle revisions and feedback?

Each milestone includes review rounds, and every project closes with a corrections stage. Feedback lives in one place rather than scattered across chats, so nothing gets lost and we both know what is still open.

05/Can you work with our existing brand or developers?

Yes to both. I work inside existing brand guidelines where they exist and build the missing pieces where they don’t, and I’m used to working directly with in-house developers from wireframes through to handoff.

06/Do you work with clients outside Nigeria?

Yes — I work locally and internationally, remote by default. Calls happen on whatever suits your timezone, and everything is delivered async so progress never waits on a meeting.

About me

calebclintonadeosun@gmail.com

I’m Caleb Clinton, a product designer building digital products for African users — and an engineering student who cares how they get built.

Book a call

Most designers stop at the handoff. I’m an engineering student — I keep going. I design digital products for African users, from the first user flow to the file your developer actually builds from.

Through my studio I lead product strategy, UX/UI, design systems and brand identity for logistics, fintech, proptech and SaaS teams. Right now that means EDAY: an AI-native super-app with six service verticals, six provider role apps and an admin dashboard, all running on one design system I built.

I build my own products too — Ownfi, an AI budgeting app for African earners, and CrFlow, a LinkedIn planning tool. Shipping things I have to live with keeps me honest about the things I hand over.

And I teach: workshops at ECHO and FUTA, a YouTube channel, and a 64-page illustrated book on UI/UX in the AI era. Explaining a decision out loud is the fastest way to find out whether it was a good one.

Let’s create something extraordinary together.
